About ANGELCAKE DESIGNS
Founder of Angelcake Designs, Julie Hanlon Cole, graduated in Creative Arts before going on to work in retail as a Buyer and then an Employment Officer. It wasn’t until her three children came along that Julie was able to return to her passion for design.
It started with Julie making handmade cards for her friends and family in the front room after the children had gone to bed and soon grew into a successful enterprise as her Angelcake Designs collection developed.
Julie runs Angelcake Designs from her own workshop (a step up from the lounge where is all began) and offers a beautiful range of personalised cushions, aprons, bags and cards. Everything in the Angelcake collection is lovingly handmade from a mix of vintage and new fabrics, with buttons used to create unique and eye catching designs.
The Angelcake Designs collection currently available on Swanky Maison includes personalised childrens cushions, personalised cushions for girls, personalised cushions for boys, personalised shoe bags for girls, personalised shoe bags for boys, personalised aprons and hanging decorations. All beautifully handmade and not readily available on the high street.
