About DISH DASH BAGS
Dish Dash Bags evolved from a simple hobby for founder, Claire Ward. She has always enjoyed making things for herself for no other reason than self achievement. However, when experimenting with some glorious Laura Ashley oil cloth and creating some bags, Claire received such positive feedback from both friends and strangers that she decided to have a go at selling her wares.
The name ‘Dish Dash’ comes from a much loved family pet who Claire tragically lost around the same time as deciding to set up the business. As with her brand, Claire finds inspiration from the things she loves, including her pets, garden, and the fabulous fabrics she sources.
All of Dish Dash bags are handmade from quality fabrics and with excellent attention to detail. Most are unique, either being ‘bespoke’ or made from fabrics that are no longer available. Claire takes great pride in her work and every piece is lovingly made, as if she was making it for herself.
