Established in 2008, Tattie Isla offers a range of unique and bespoke items for the discerning homemaker or gift purchaser looking for something a little different to that available on the mass market. Everything is handmade, unique and exquisitely finished.

Founder, designer-maker, and mum of three, Ruth Normington has always had a passion for design, a strong creative side and is never happier than when creating with her own hands.

Tattie Isla is based in the heart of Bronte country and Ruth lives in an idyllic converted farmhouse overlooking Emily Brontes’ Wuthering Heights (our idea of heaven – very jealous!)

Every piece in the Tattie Isla collection is handmade to order to ensure its uniqueness and individuality. The products are carefully handmade using wood, traditional classic country gingham and chic satin ribbons, pearlised white washes, finished with embossed sparkle. Adding a special ‘wow factor’, many Tattie Isla creations can be personalised, making them the perfect gift or treat for youself!
