'breathe' is Rebekahs interpretation of that moment when all is complete, when all tasks are achieved, when your day is done, when all worries slide away..that wonderful exhalation.. It is depicted in the palest of blues and whites. A dreamy and ethereal piece.
Each canvas will come with a letter of provenance and will have its print number listed.
Rebekah's artwork will be reproduced upon a 100% cotton artist’s high quality satin canvas (350gsm). This canvas allows for fantastic high detail and rich contrast realised from the satin finish. Canvases can be printed with a crisp white edge or with a panoramic edge.
To make sure that the canvas prints last beautifully, the canvases are coated with a Satin-Matte laminate finish. This is the best form of coating as it protects the canvas from scuffs, cracking and moisture as well as providing a perfect professional finish every time.
The stretcher bars on all Rebekah's canvases are handmade from kiln dried fir. Each bar is 1.5” (3.8cm) deep, meaning that these frames are robust and built to last. The thicker frame makes the final canvas look sharp and modern when hung on a wall. All of the frames include wedges so that canvases can be re-tensioned over their lifetime.
Once the canvas has been printed it is hand stretched around the frame, using professional artist canvas stretching pliers. It is then attached to the frame using durable no rust staples and then covered with high quality backing tape to protect your walls. All of the canvas prints in this collection will arrive stretched ready to hang.
