Win a Stay in a Swanky Maison – a mid-week night’s stay one of The Lawrance’s luxury apartments
Competition question
In order to qualify for inclusion in the draw, entrants must correctly answer the question shown on the competition page. The correct answer will be published, along with the name of the randomly selected winner, within 7 working days of the competition closing date. Only entrants with the correct answer will be included in the database for selection.
Entry Method
Entrants are required to follow the instructions on the website as indicated in the competition information. Entrants will receive a message confirming entry to the competition. Web entrants are required to supply their name, address and email address.
There is no charge from Swanky Maison or The Lawrance for website entries.
Entry Restrictions
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over. Swanky Maison and The Lawrance employees, partners and members of their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Any such entries will be invalid. Only one entry per person is permitted and any duplicate entries will be removed prior to the random selection being made.
Competition dates
The closing date for this competition is 1st September. Any entries received after these times will be discounted. The winner will be selected and notified within 7 working days.
Prize
The prize for this competition is one night’s stay in either the Kings House, York Road or Duchy apartments. The stay excludes a weekend. Week day Mon-Thurs only. The Lawrance reserve the right to change the date subject to availability. The winner will be asked to contact The Lawrance directly to check availability and book their stay. The winner is responsible for travel, food and drink expenses during their stay.
In addition to The Lawrance prize, the winner will also receive goodie bag from Swanky Maison worth £100!
Notification
The winner will be notified within 7 working days of the closing date, by email as provided by on entry submission. Swanky Maison cannot be held responsible for inaccurate or out of date information provided by the entrant. Reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner but Swanky Maison fail to hear back from the winner within a reasonable timescale, and having made reasonable effort to make contact, then another winner will be randomly selected and notified.
Publicity
Swanky Maison may exercise its sole discretion to use the winner’s name and image and their comments relating to the prize and competition experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media without notice or without any fee being paid. By entering the competition you agree that Swanky Maison can announce you as the winner on our website, www.swankymaison.com and publishing your name, photo (if required) and general location (ie county).

All information provided by competition entrants will be treated in the strictest of confidentiality and in accordance with the Swanky Maison privacy policy.
