Sparrow Primitives' distinctive signature and much sought after decorative wooden shelf blocks are all carefully and expertly handmade. They are cut and sanded in Sparrow Primitives' studio from locally sourced FSC approved solid wood, then handpainted and distressed. They have been finished with a protective coat of wax. No aspect of the work is outsourced, ensuring a top quality product. These beautiful blocks have been painted in a shabby chic favourite shade of faded blue grey and vintage cream. They would look stunning on a mantlepiece, shelf, dresser or as part of a window or table display.
They would make an ideal gift for cat lovers everywhere, Valentine's Day, an engagement, wedding or an anniversary. They would also be a delightful decorative accent for a child's room - a lovely gift to welcome a new baby!
The picture block measures approximately 10cm tall x 10cm wide x 4cm deep. The largest sign block measures approximately 7cm tall x 23cm wide x 4cm deep.
They are handcrafted, so slight variations will occur. We use only top grade wood but sometimes there may be slight imperfections as it is a natural product.
