Please also add the FAMILY name (surname) you would like on the sign.

The wording will be as on the sign, unless you would like to change, which of course you can! Just add the info into the personalisation box also.

You can add up to 8 people as a maximum, however the more people the more 'crowded' the plaque will become. Please note you can also add cats and dogs (please also state the breed/colour and name).
