DESCRIPTION
What a delightful and different wedding gift this sign will make. Either as a present in its own right or as a lovely keepsake memento - perfect for the bride to hold (instead of the usual wooden spoon or horseshoe) or to hang from the wedding car (much nicer than tin cans!!). Size approx 250 x 70 mm.
To make your gift even more special, why not personalise by letting us add the happy couple's married name. Size approx 400 x 70 mm.
Our handmade wooden signs are lovingly made by first sanding the wood, then coating in a warm cream colour paint, sanding again, then the text handdrawn and painted in taupe before being lightly sanded again to give an aged look and then waxed to give a lovely finish and a layer of protection. Finally, 'his and her' wooden hearts are added, plus twine to hang and a raffia bow tied on.
As each sign is made from reclaimed timber they can be misshapen with nail or knot holes, although this only makes them even more individual, with measurements being approximate.
