We’re looking for real gems and exceptional talent. We want to offer our customers beautiful and original pieces you might spot in a lovely little boutique somewhere. We’re on the lookout for handmade home accessories and gifts that are a little bit different, totally gorgeous and produced to a high quality handcrafted standard. If that sounds like the products you create then we’d love to showcase them.
Affordable Prices
We’re passionate about delivering original pieces at affordable prices. Yes we want to make you as much profit as possible, and of course we’re a business so we need to make some money too, but we need to be realistic about the prices we charge for your work. As customers may be buying from a number of different suppliers through our website, we encourage you to offer free or at least low cost delivery to avoid costs accumulating and becoming too high. So this will need to be factored into the asking price. We will agree prices between us that work for both parties and take a commission based on the selling price. We do ask that your prices are kept in line with anywhere else that you sell online to ensure we offer our customers a fair and equal price.
Great Customer Service
We want our customers to love your work, enjoy their shopping experience, come back for more and spread the word. So delighting customers is our primary concern. In purchasing online, customers are putting their faith in our ability to fulfill orders on time and to a high standard. By joining Swanky Maison you agree to produce and deliver goods to a consistant high standard and to adhere to our terms and conditions (available on application).
Help us to show off your work
With the benefit of extensive experience helping ecommerce businesses succeed, we put considerable time, effort and thought in to how we can best showcase your work. Images are one of the most important selling tools online and we therefore need to ensure that the images shown on our website are a high quality and true representation of the products we sell. We can advise you of the size of images and put you in touch with professional photographers if you require assistance in getting the right photos.
Assist Our Marketing Effort
Swanky Maison receives a fantastic level of interest from the media and we are often asked for images, samples and competition prizes. We ask that you provide us with a disk of high resolution images and, when requested, we will need you to send samples to journalists. On the odd occasion we may ask you to donate a product for a competition prize either to support our social media promotion or to send to media publications.
Successful Partnerships We’re serious about helping you build a profitable online presence and put a lot of time, effort and budget towards promoting all our partners and their products. All we ask is that you are equally dedicated to making our partnership a success. Therefore, as a token of your commitment to this project and to contribute in a small way towards the marketing costs, we charge a small annual membership fee.
