Not normally a Eurovision kind of girl, but I’ll be rooting for Bonnie Tyler this evening. Seems I am not the only one, as once-confirmed Goths, Metalheads and Indie fans have cast aside their music preferences and are gathering at ours tonight. We’ll be toasting Seventies sweetheart, Bonnie, with today’s Swanky Star Product, the groovy LED Light Up Party Glass from our smorgasbord (had to get the Swedish connection in somewhere!) of unique gifts for disco divas.

So excited! The Great Gatsby is finally out and can’t wait to feast my eyes on all those lavish costumes and jewellery. We’re predicting a massive interest in Twenties glamour. Giving a very firm nod to this trend are the rather fabulous Vintage Diamond Glass Pear Jewel Earrings from our collection of handmade jewellery.
Currently humming Crowded House’s ‘Four Seasons in one day’ as I watch the weather change between wind, rain, sun and hail outside! At least the song is cheering me up and also the thought of a beach holiday being conjured up with the help of the rather fabulous Beach Life Papercut Cushion from our line-up of designer cushions.
July 13th: Although the royal baby’s due date has been a well-kept secret until now, that date must have been etched on William and Kate’s minds for the past few months. As any expectant parents will tell you, nine months is a l-o-n-g time. Why not make the wait more fun with the ingenious Baby Countdown Blocks from our line-up of unique gifts for her?
Choosing a baby name is one of the of the decisions many parents wrestle with so I don’t envy William and Kate having to factor in previous monarchs and traditions. Once the name has been decided on, parents will want to proudly show it off. What better way of doing so than with the delightful New Baby Owl Ceramic Heart Keepsake from our collection of personalised new baby gifts.
For many of us it’s time to dig out the passports. Although mine’s well within expiry date (breathe sigh of relief), it’s looking a bit tattered around the edges and that’s not from travelling extensively to distant shores, I can tell you. So I’m coveting the fabulous Retro Style London British Passport Cover from our line-up of unique gifts.
Thank you National Honey Week: not only do you promote the essential role of bees but you have educated my children on why you shouldn’t trample on Mummy’s lavender plant – result! Their new passion for all things bee related is to be encouraged (who knows, it may save a few more plants) so I know they’ll love the cheery personalised bee mugs from our collection of unique gifts.
