Swanky Maison sells on behalf of hundreds of different UK designers from across the country. They are always willing to help too so if you have a special request or need further clarification then just ask. There is the option to 'ask the seller a question' on individual product pages. This way we know exactly which product and which seller you are referring to and we can then quickly find the answer for you. Just check the product description as you may find the details you require are covered here.
Websites can be tricky things and problems can sometimes occur. If you have spotted an error on our website or are having difficulty placing an order then please get in touch.
It would be great if you could include as much information as possible about the issue so we can look into it for you. Details about the problem itself, the device you are using (smart phone, lap top, i-pad etc) and the browser you are using to view the website (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer etc) will help us replicate and fix any issues more quickly.
We will typically reply via email but if you would prefer a phone call then please ask and make sure you include your telephone number (mobile preferably so we can text you when we have fixed the problem).
Ordering via the website is your best bet but we can take orders over the phone if you prefer. We will need to take billing, payment and shipping details over the phone. We will then place the order via the website on your behalf. To order over the phone please request a call back. For all other enquiries it is just as quick to get in touch via the website.
If you have placed an order and not immediately received an email confirming your order details then it is very likely that it’s gone into your junk folder. This can sometimes happen, especially with Hotmail addresses and depending on your individual email settings.
Please have a look in your junk folder and if it’s not in there get in touch to let us know. We can forward it again to you. Please also add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe senders list in your email settings to ensure future emails regarding your order reach you ok.
Our sellers will always endeavour to send out orders as quickly as possible. Due to the handmade nature of the majority of the items we sell and because they are made by different designers, lead times vary and if ordering from more than one seller the items will arrive separately. All leads times are clearly stated on individual product pages.
Lead times for items vary and are stated on individual product pages. If you have a specific deadline you need an item for that is quicker than the lead time stated on the product page then please ask the seller a question prior to ordering and check whether it is possible to have it delivered in time. Our sellers can get very busy and the majority of the items are custom made so it may not always be possible to make and despatch them earlier than stated but they hate to disappoint anyone so please do check.
If you have an enquiry about an order you have recently placed or you need to let us know about a mistake you've spotted in your order confirmation email then please reply to your order confirmation.
Assuming your item has not already been made or despatched we can change the details for you. However, once your item is made, we cannot change any personalisation or options so please check your order details carefully before proceeding to check out.
Lead times do vary and items from different sellers will arrive separately. Please see individual product pages or your order confirmation email for the lead times for each item. When an item is sent you will receive a despatch notification email. You can also go sign in to My Account and check the status of an item. 'In the Studio' means it is still being created by the designer. This will change to 'Despatched' once the item is sent.
If an order is overdue (later than the lead times stated) then please get in touch via the website. We will immediately chase the item and track delivery where we can.
